How to Pay:

Pay registration fees by clicking here and following the directions. Please indicate your donation is for Klenke Bowl 2008.  Please print your forms and bring them with you to the event or mail them to Klenke Bowl 2008, 7604 Sherry Creek Road, Worden, IL 62097



Sponsors:
Individuals or businesses can become a lane sponsor or t-shirt sponsor for a cost of $100. The individual or business name will be displayed on a banner above the lane or on the back of the event t-shirt.

Sponsors need to contact Kris prior to the event to arrange for printing.



Additional Information:



Bullet Individual and Family/Teams may bowl with a $25 minimum entry fee per person.



Bullet Make checks payable to "National MPS Society".



Bullet Donation forms, raffle tickets and money must be turned in at the registration table on the day of the Bowl-A-Thon, Sunday, April 6, 2008 to qualify for prizes.



Bullet Registration begins at 12:30 PM at Camelot Bowl, Beltline at Keebler, Collinsville, IL, 618-344-8610.  Bowling begins at 1:00 PM



Bullet Trophies and Prizes will be awarded in the following categories:  Individual with the highest TOTAL of donations, Family/Teams with the highest TOTAL donations and the Individual with the highest bowling score in the Adult/Youth/Child categories.



Bullet A bake sale will be held throughout the event.  Raffle drawing will take place at approx. 2:30 PM, tickets cost $1 each or 6 for $5.  Silent auction will close at approximately 2:45 PM.



Bullet Special event t-shirts will be available for participants while supplies last.
